I am new to the Scion forum! I have a White '06 TC Auto (broke my left ankle to many times. starts to hurt after awhile). Anyways, im looking to get rid of the stock look. Im gonna start with the inside audio first. Here is the deck im gonna get.

Im not sure what to do about subs and such. Im not any good when it comes to that stuff. I heard there is a space where I can put a Bazooka in the side of the trunk?

If you guys have any suggestions let me know. Including any good lips kits, springs, and some good looking black rims.

I also found a cool carbon fiber dash kit that looks nice. If anyone else has one let me know if you like it.

Thanks again!

Hey, welcome!
The D3 is a nice unit, you'll like it. I personally like the tC TRD drop, it's nice and even, nothing too overkill.

I also really like a CF hood on a white car. Go for the Panda!

I love the Kenwood Headunits. Springs I went with the s-techs, 2 in drop to close up the gaps i like it. Wheels...I have 2 sets of black wheels for my car. Motegi Dp10's and Diamo DI 27.

DI 27:

I was looking at the CF hood also. Only problem is that I would probably want the trunk done and that looks like alot of work and alot of money.

I was looking at these rims

Yup, there is the accessory Bazooka enclosure that sits on the passenger side of the hatch. It's not real loud, but it does complement the OEM system nicely. The dealership charges ~$500 for it though, so see if you can find one on eBay or maybe www.TRDSparks.com.

If you do decide to pick up the Bazooka unit, for an additional $5 you can make it sound a bit better:

As far as lip kits, the OEM kit is sweet and fits perfect.

Racing Solution just released a copy of the Kenstyle kit from the RS3 tC:

There are several other options out there, just depends on what your taste is.

There's a spring thread here:

Gives you a little info on some of the various lowering springs available.

I have the carbon fiber dash kit from Superior Dash and I love it. Any idiot can put it on (I did) and spice up the tC's interior.

Not the best pic of the dash kit, but it's what I had on hand.

Yeah, the C/F hatches are going for ~$500 plus shipping (if needed) and you will also have to pay to have the glass moved from your stock piece. So it'd be expensive, but they are pretty cool.

Those wheels aren't really my style, but if you like 'em that's all that matters.

The headlights are ok (IMO) but you will likely have problems with them leaking and LEDs on the halos going bad. I've seen it happen to numerous tC owners. If you're set on those, you can take a little time to seal 'em up really well yourself to prevent condensation issues. As far as the LEDs, I'm sure you could replace 'em with higher quality parts, but you'll like;y have to bake the housings open.

The taill ights are cool. Again, I've heard of issues with those, but it's simply that the wiring is sometimes mixed up.

Mine are 18in. The best thing about those the inside of the wheel is painted black!
