How are you wanting to part out the car? In larger sections first or first come, first server? I would think things like engine, wheels, suspension, etc. would want to go as a complete section.

Also, shipping cost. Any idea yet on how you plan to handle that?
No offence, I don't need any parts as I don't have a tC but I'm sure you will get a few questions and I just wanted to ask some of the more obvious ones now. Also, a couple of pictures and the specs on your car will help too.
