hey everyone, hope i can join the club. question, does the xb come with an ipod cable, or do i have to order it? i have the pioneer premium stereo. thanks, and i'm looking forward to reading the xb2 posts.

Yes, the dealer should've supplied the iPod cable. Check the glove box. If not, give your sales person a call.

does the upgade stereo have any advantages. im getting 1 put in soon

On older models, the only thing added by the premium setup was direct iPod connectivity.

Now, the newest version of the upgraded HU includes preouts for easily wiring subwoofers, or amps.

IMO, you might be better looking at aftermarket units. They will offer more power to the speakers resulting in better sound.
