A strange clicking...

I bought the Scion Xa in August 2003. I'm soon to roll over 100,000 miles! Recently, a strange clicking has presented itself in the drivers side front tire. It starts around 35 mph and stops around 45 but doesn't occur when turning so I kinda figure it is not the cv boot. It happened once before and when I had my tires changed( no relation to the clicking, it was just time) the clicking went away. I'm trying to figure out what might've come loose. Any ideas? I see no visible problem.
